Chet Prokop,
PE, PhD Vice President & CTO
Chet Prokop brings to Techstyle Group over 25
years of experience in business and technology, having served in
diverse management roles at IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and Compaq Corporation.
His areas of expertise include business growth and market development,
strategic partnerships, and application of appropriate technology
to real-world challenges.
Before joining Techstyle Group as Vice President
and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chet was an executive in Compaq
Computer Corporation's
Office of the CTO, as Director of Applied
Software Technology. He set corporate
software technology and licensing guidelines, framed new business
operations in media
and health care,
and was active in corporate business planning. Before working
with the CTO, Chet was the director of strategic marketing for
the company's
highest
growth
software
startup (Enterprise Storage
Software Division) as the architect for its software-licensing
framework. In his first management role at Compaq, Chet was key
in creating the software product marketing operation for the start-up
Small
and Medium
Business Unit which grew to a $600 million business in just 11
months.
Before Compaq, Chet served as division marketing
manager for Seattle-based Fluke Corporation (an electronic instrumentation
company) and was marketing lead for venture business, and in
the company's highest growth business venture—Local Area Network
(LAN) test instrumentation.
Always a customer advocate, he founded
the Hewlett-Packard (HP) sales office in Austin, Texas and was
recognized as a top salesman. Moving to Colorado, Chet
developed marketing and functional management
leadership
with
HP in UNIX software solutions. He also served as senior
manager for multi-division deployment of worldwide programs. His
strong technology foundation and career began in engineering management
at IBM.
Chet is a licensed
professional engineer (PE) for over 25 years. He holds
a BS degree in electrical engineering;
PhD (ABD) in biomedical engineering; and executive business
education. He has played an
active role throughout his career in business
and management
organizations,
including
the Institute of Management Consulting and the Global Licensing
Executives Society.
Doug Roesener
Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Doug Roesener has a diverse career
in business development, finance, and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining Digital Telecom & Technology, Inc., he
launched a successful marketing and communications company
in 1983. In 1993, his company was acquired by CommWorld International,
Inc., where he continued as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In 1996 he co-founded Denver-based U.S. Medical, Inc., a distributor
of new and used capital medical equipment and services. There
he served in executive roles of President, Chief Technology
Officer, and Vice President of Operations. Doug was responsible
for finance and operations, development and maintenance of
organizational infrastructure, and management of e-commerce
and information technology. These efforts successfully advanced
technology-enriched relationships with dealers and clients.
Doug consults with Techstyle Group in operational
strategy, business efficacy, and growth planning.
Doug Tucker

Doug Tucker has a 20-year track record
of providing financial, employee benefit, and compensation
consulting to entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies. He
currently is a founding principal of The Gramercy Partnership,
LLC, an investment banking firm; CFO and an owner of Professional
Retirement Planning, LLC, a registered investment advisory
firm; and CFO and principal of Villa Beautiful, LLC, a direct
distribution company. His extensive experience includes being
a national actuarial leader with KPMG and an executive with
a number of start-up and small businesses. Doug is a Texas
licensed CPA, an actuary, and a holder of securities licenses.

Bill Parzybok, a retired
executive with more than 30 years experience in technology businesses,
was named "CEO
of the Year" in his industry by Financial World Magazine in
1995. Serving as Board Chairman and CEO of Fluke Corporation from
1991 to 1998, Bill increased this company's market capitalization
by nearly six-fold and doubled its revenues. Prior to joining Fluke,
Bill served Hewlett-Packard in varying roles for
22 years—including Vice President and General Manager
of
computer and industrial divisions in the
US, Canada, Europe, and Japan.
Bill served on boards and councils of multiple
public and private organizations, including Washington-based WRQ,
Inc. and SonoSite, Inc.
Additionally he holds committee and board positions at
the University of Washington's College of Engineering and The Overlake
School
in Redmond, Washington.

Bonnie Easterly-Spencer Principal
